Door Leaf
1.5 mm primed / painted mild steel or stainless steel surface. PVC foiled steel sheets is optional. Mineral wool core, or with ceramic fiber. Reinforcement plates for hinges, door closer and panic device are provided and welded on the inside of the door leaf.Door frame
The profile of doorframe is either Z-shaped, (for doors with no requirements for sound or gas tight properties) or L-shaped. For L-shaped frames an extra adjustable frame for gasket is provided when sound or gas tight properties are required. Frames are delivered for bolting or welding.Hinges
The hinges are welded to the surface of the doorframe and inside the door leaf. The hinges are provided with washers between the top and bottom parts to reduce friction.
