The culture of Stenca Trading in matters health, safety and environmental is that all employees are involved and committed to the company’s business and that everyone can feel free to express themselves in issues concerning health, safety and environment.
Purpose of Stenca Trading’ Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies:

Health & Safety Policy
Stenca Trading recognises that compliance and commitment towards Occupational Health & Safety is an integral part of its business.
Therefore the management of Stenca Trading are committed towards providing a positive safety culture so that the duty of care towards employees, clients and to the general public is never threatened or neglected. Stenca Trading has developed a program of continuous improvement through the framework of setting and reviewing Occupational Health & Safety Objectives and Targets. Our objectives are set to reduce the risk arising through Stenca Trading activities by identifying and seeking to reduce significant incidents, achieving a high level of performance with compliance to legal requirements as a minimum, and to be continually cost effective in the company’s performance.
To ensure implementation and maintains of the Occupational Health & Safety it is important for Stenca Trading to have all employee’s involvement and commitment. Therefore, it is the management responsibility to communicate its commitment made within this policy to all employees and through adequate standard of instruction and training in Occupational Health & Safety matters, the policy is maintained at all levels within the Organisation.
The total commitment from all employees of Stenca Trading will assist the company in achieving their overall aim of zero incidents and accidents within the workplace.
Environmental Policy
Stenca Trading recognises that its activities can have an impact on the environment and as such we will do our utmost to prevent pollution and contamination in any area where we operate.
Stenca Trading will strive to continually improve on our environment performance targets, and we will take all reasonable precautions to avoid environmental damage, disruption or nuisance on or adjoining the sites.
We will endeavor to keep our working areas clean, tidy and avoid pollution of the air by noise at all places where employees of Stenca Trading works. Conserve the use of materials and of energy and where viable collect waste materials for re-cycling.
To ensure implementation and maintains of the Environmental Policy of Stenca Trading, the management will actively develop and review employee awareness of environmental issues.
Stenca Trading will ensure compliance with all current environmental legislation and regulations, and the policy will be reviewed annually or by in year changes to the Environmental Law or changes in the Company’s activities.

Stenca Trading A/S has recieved af green smiley by The Danish Working Environment Authority. A green Smiley indicates that the enterprise has no issues with the Working Environment Authority.
