Stenca Trading's quality system is approved by classification society Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
The purpose of Stenca Trading's quality system is to be a supportive tool in relation to achieving our vision and overall objectives, which are the basic elements of our business success in the insulation industry.
Similarly, our quality system ensures our customers consistent routines and quality-controlled products, and the system should be seen as an integral part of its service and policy.
The quality system is, together with its other documented routines, established in order to continuously optimize customers' level of satisfaction and to bring the match between customer expectations and the delivered products and projects.
The quality system is structured according to guidelines of ISO9001: 2000 and also provides the framework for product development and sales of insulation materials.
