FIRE DOORS
We offer a complete range of doors from the interior ship doors to external A-class, weather-tight doors and heavy offshore doors of fire class H-120 (hydrocarbons).
Standard doors B15 and A60 are in stock, which means short delivery times.
The range of doors includes most types used onboard marine vessels today and are all tested and approved under the strictest standards available. Doors are exposed to daily use, wherever they are on board and design and quality must meet the requirements laid to the doors.
Our vendor has 50 years experience in fabrication of doors and has consistently highest attention and focus on quality, requirements and the industry.
We also provide fire classified windows for offshore use up to fire class H-120.

CERTIFICATES AND APPROVALS
Our vendor has established a quality system covering the total activities and processes in order to meet the various demands our customers require for quality, service and products. This covers both production and the whole organization including administration, marketing and all other involved activities for the final delivery and operation of our products.
Most of our products require approval and a certificate from a classification society. These certificates show the performance according to the specific requirements for the installation. Our vendor has certified the products according to latest IMO-SOLAS regulations and with all major classification societies such as:

European Community has established an EU Directive on Marine Equipment that our vendor complies with and has issued a DNV MED certificate, called the "wheel" mark.
FIRE CLASSES & CERTIFICATES
Fire Certificates/descriptions: All products contained in this catalogue have been tested according to the latest international regulations and test procedures, and are approved by the world’s main certification bodies. In brief, our products are tested to the following fire classes:
B-class
Systems* are exposed to the fire for 30 minutes and must comply with stability and integrity requirements within this time. The specific class indications (B-0, B-15, B-30) reveals the insulation quality of the systems with regard to given temperature limits.
A-class
Systems* are exposed to the fire for 60 minutes and must comply with stability and integrity requirements within this time. The specific class indications (A-0, A-15, A-30, A-60) reveals the insulation quality of the systems with regard to given temperature limits.
H-class
Systems* are exposed to a hydro carbon fire for 2 hours. The test procedure is similar to the A-class test, but the rate of temperature rise is far more rapid and to higher temperature level. The specific class indications (H-60, H-120) reveals the insulation quality of the systems with regard to given temperature limits.
*All systems shall be constructed of approved non-combustible materials
