Fire doors for fire protection, soundproofing, thermal insulation and water tightness

Stenca offers a wide range of internal and external marine approved fire doors. The doors meet the requirements for fire protection, sound reduction, thermal insulation and weather resistance, if needed. They can be supplied in the fire classes B0, B15 and A60 for internal use and semi-watertight doors A60 for external use. For Offshore, we also deliver external heavy duty fire doors in fire classes from A60 to H120.
 
Door types include most types used on ships and rigs today, and they are all approved according to the current rules. Design, dimensions and equipment specified by the customer's specific needs, and options like door closer, window, cylinder, etc. are some of the accessories the doors can be supplied with.

As requests and requirements vary from customer to customer, we have more approved and certified northern European suppliers to produce the various fire doors. All manufacturers have a long experience while they constantly have the highest attention and focus on quality requirements and the industry as a whole.
 
The doors are produced in the desired steel grade and under ISO: 9001 requirements.

Internal B15 marine doors

B15 marine doors are often used in accommodation areas, such as cabin doors.
The surface of the frames is always painted in a desired color RAL, and the door leaf can be either painted or coated with PVC. The doors are easier to install, and the frame is available for both bolting and welding.

Internal A60 marine doors

A60 marine doors are often used in accommodation areas as fire protection by stairs and galley, as well as in machine rooms.
The surface of both frame and door leaf are always painted in a desired RAL color, or if the doors be delivered in stainless steel, it can be supplied in blank steel. The doors are easier to install, and the frame is available for both bolting and welding.

External A60 doors

External semi-duty A60 marine doors are often used as fire doors by car deck, panoramic deck, etc.  
These are exit doors on decks, but mainly used in places where the risk of extensive amount of direct seawater is minimal.
The surface of both frame and door leaf are always painted in a desired RAL color, or if the doors be delivered in stainless steel, it can be supplied in blank steel. The doors are easier to install, and the frame is available for both bolting and welding.

External Offshore Doors

A heavy-duty offshore door is an incredibly strong door in stainless steel, which is designed for the tough conditions on a platform or rig. A heavy-duty door excels through seamless welded at all joints, so that moisture or gas cannot penetrate into the door's inner materials.
These doors can be produced to meet the requirements NORSOK, and they may be delivered in fire rates from A0 up to H120 incl. Jet fire applications. Further, they can be produced to withstand explosive pressure up to 2.5 bar.
